- 1 125g Baby Mixed Leaf

- 1 Spring Onion
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 Mustard Cress
- 1 Red Pepper
- 1 Radish
- 1 PP Beetroot
- 2 Baking Potatoes
- 500g Washed Mids
- 250g Button Mushrooms
- 4 Salad Tomatoes
- 1/2 Cucumber
