PLAIN MALT VINEGAR is made from malted barley and has a sharp, tangy flavour. It’s commonly used for pickling, cooking, and as a classic condiment for fish and chips !!
SPICED VINEGAR is infused with aromatic spices like cloves, peppercorns and bay leaves, giving it a warm, flavourful kick often favoured for pickling, chutneys and marinades.
DISTILLED (White) VINEGAR is a versatile vinegar that can be used in cooking, baking, pickling and also for cleaning.
Both are available in 2.5 and 5 litre bottles.
PICKLING ONIONS / SHALLOTS –
Our Pickling Onions are sold in a 5kg bag. Shallots are in a 4kg bag. These can also be bought loose by contacting the shop direct.
